Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels; we run three different levels at all times, which means you can pick and choose exercises depending on your ability or preference that day.

MOVE
This class is the perfect combination of strength and cardio! Not only will you build strength with exercises like Farmer carries, Deadlifts, Pull ups, and dips, but we'll also get your heart pumping with cardio-focused movements. Expect to leave feeling fit, strong, and healthy. And don't forget, we prioritize core training to help you achieve your goals and build a strong foundation.

BUILD
Designed for anyone who understands the benefits of weight training. Build classes use weight training as a basis for strength and body composition. We incorporate a lot of bodybuilding and compound lifts that shape your body, combining it with cardio to keep you fit and functional.
You will be doing Barbell & Dumbbell work and a lot of slow controlled movements to build maximal lean muscle

Power
Strength training provides numerous health benefits. It increases muscle mass, tones muscles, strengthens bones and helps you maintain the strength you need for everyday activities.
We focus on the main compound lifts that give you the biggest stimulus for your muscle. Our main focus is Deadlifts, Squats, Bench-press, Shoulder-press, Pull-ups and Hip thrusters. The class will be slower, with more attention to detail and technique.
