  • Are there other membership options available besides those listed on the website?
    Yes, there are other membership options available beyond those listed on our website. We understand that everyone has different needs and goals, which is why we offer personalized programs that can be tailored to your specific requirements. In addition, we also offer personal training options for those who are looking for more one-on-one attention or 45min or 1hr sessions. If you would like to explore any of these options, please feel free to come talk to us in person and we would be happy to discuss them with you.
  • Can I come and do a trial ?
    We do offer a casual rate for all of our classes so you can get a little taste test of what you’d be in for as a member. Alternatively though, we usually recommend starting with one of our 30 Day Kickstarts! Unlike a random one off class or a free week trial that delivers limited value. We want to give you a proper experience and results. ⁠ ⁠ For example: It's like taking someone on a first date and then asking them to marry you😳🚨 You have to get to know each other!⁠ ⁠ This way you get results and actually learn something before you decide if you want to be part of #TeamRF! ⭐️
  • Are the classes good for beginners ?
    Yes, our trainers guide you the whole way. We understand it may sound intimidating but don’t worry, we have you covered! We have two specially designed programs in our LIFT and SWEAT classes - Active and Athletic. Athletic is for the everyday athlete! Active is a modified, scaled down version of the same program which makes it perfect for beginners. We have suitable programs to cater to everyone’s level! Come and try us out, the hardest part will be turning up!
  • Do I need to bring anything with me to the classes ?
    Please bring a towel and water. Enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided. Come to class 10-15minutes before class starts to warm up & go through the workout
  • Can you bring your kids
    We offer childminding at RICHMOND, and outside of hours and at Riverstone we have an unsupervised kids corner right near the class area. We try to make it as easy as possible. Some kids sit inside and play, some stay in the pram, and some like to sit on the seats. It’s whatever works. Our main priority is that the kids stay safe and the parents get in a good workout. Parents can stop at any time to attend to their kids. Kids should be the reason you’re doing it! And we try to play our best role to make that work.
  • What do you think is the reason you get awesome results ?
    We get results because of the programming we use - we get you lifting! Although we do program cardio into our LIFT and SWEAT classes, we focus on having our clients lifting weights in order to build lean muscle and tone up! Whether you’re a male or female, weight training is the best tool to create lean muscle, firm and reshape your body and become the strongest version of you.
  • Before and After photos...yay or nay ?
    Because we post a lot of before and after photos to showcase people’s results, we often get asked, “do I need to take a before photo?” The true answer is no, but we’ve found that in our experience that most people wish they had of! Photos are a really great way for you to track your progress especially if you aren’t a fan of of using the scale. 📸We suggest 4 options to our clients📸 A. A photo with your shirt off B. A normal clothed photo C. A photo you take yourself and keep to yourself D. No photos Whether it’s a photo of you at a wedding, in gym clothes or with your shirt off, it doesn’t matter, it’s totally up to you. We honestly don’t mind. Some people love the comparison to seeing the visual changes in their bodies, some people don’t. Looking back and seeing how far you have progressed not just in your performance but also aesthetically also is a great source of motivation in continuing your journey. Our main aspiration is to help as many people as possible!   • What's the process if I need to cancel?
    To cancel your membership, please email your current location two weeks before you plan to stop coming to our gym. Once submitted our friendly team will contact you to arrange your cancellation. Any cancelled members will be charged at current membership rates if they decide to rejoin.
  • What do you guys do?
    We help people move, look and feel better! Our classes are the perfect combination of hypertrophy, strength and functional training to achieve maximum results. We help everyday people be everyday athletes. If you want to gain lean muscle mass, get stronger and get fitter in a fun and friendly environment, Road Fitness is your go to.
  • What if I can’t do a exercise?
    No need to fear! No matter your fitness level, our innovative programming can cater to you via our two options… Athletic: specifically designed for strength, muscle building and fitness, perfect for the everyday athlete. AND Active: a modified version of our athletic program to suit the everyday person who wants to be fit, functional and active. Further to this, one of the biggest advantages to having knowledgeable coaches to guide you through a workout is the ability to be able to to substitute elements! If you can’t do a particular exercise, no worries, we got you!
